Mir geht's gut...
For some unexplained reason today is an awfully good day. It started off very slowly though, I was in PJs until 2.45pm and ate breakfast at 11.53am. (Yes, my memory can be pretty good at times.) So as I swapped my PJs for my jogging clothes, I have been feeling pretty awesome. I went jogging on ICE! So much fun, you think you'll fall but you don't and I was like a child running around the field and jumped in puddles, ran on ice and got multiple adrenaline kicks. Unbelievable how everything gets much better with a bit of exercise, fresh cold air and sun!!!

It's hard to get back up on that horse!
So this past week has been a bit rough. I haven't been able to go to bed until about 2am. Well... it started off with 2am and now I'm going to bed at 3am. I need to get a grip and get better and more disciplined, because I am going to be my own downfall.
Speaking of downfall, for unexplained reasons I keep getting up at 10 or 11am. I sit in my PJs until I have to go somewhere. I pull out my syntax books and etc. but never touch them. I spend hours and hours on Spotify and Facebook just doing nothing. I stare at my profile for hours and delete and add things, trying to keep a nice balance between privacy and sharing stuff with friends. And then the sun comes out and I get so mad that I am indoors and in Sweden. I want to travel and I want to see the whole freaking world. More like nature actually - anyways! Yesterday I was wondering where to travel to next and for my empty slouch at the end of March I found really cheap tickets to the south of Sweden. I am going to go visit my friend Ivona in Malmö and we will be taking a day in Copenhagen. YAY! So now I'm all excited about it. I've also been looking at tickets to Sheffield because I want to visit Hamad before he graduates and moves to like Uzbekistan or something. I would even like to visit him in Uzbekistan actually. So many places I want to see!!!

BACK to reality. I'm in the kitchen and loving the sun that is shining like crazy, it's even melted the snow and now there's only ice. And that is very awesome because jogging on ice is one of the best things I know. Jogging in winter when there's tons of snow is also one of the best things I know. So here I go! Hopefully my knee won't go bye-bye on me...

Hah! So typical me: "Hmm a bit of stretching or something so that my iPod is fully loaded, and a snapshot!"
Therefor, the picture...
Therefor, the picture...
Oh! and Hamad, the next rap video is on it's way - by the end of this weekend. Promise.

Love.
14th of February - we all know the drill!
Here are some beautiful quotes I have found and collected over the past year all about and associated with love...
"All Love is sweet. Given or returned. Common as light is love. And its familiar voice wearies not ever."
- Percy Bysshe Shelley
"Love is the emblem of eternity; it confounds all notion of time; effaces all memory of a beginning, all fear of an end."
- Germaina De Stael
"The most eloquent silence; that of two mouths meeting in a kiss."
- Anonymous
"True love is eternal, infinite, and always like itself. It is equal and pure, without violent demonstrations: it is seen with white hairs and is always young in the heart."
- Honore de Balzac
"The soul that can speak with its eyes can also kiss with a gaze."
- Anonymous
"In love there are two things - bodies and words."
- Joyce Carol Oates
"Love is the irresistible desire to be desired irresistibly."
- Robert Frost
"True love begins when nothing is looked for in return."
- Antoine de Saint-Exupery
"Love is that condition in which the happiness of another person is essential to your own."
- Robert Heinlein
"There is only one happiness in life, to love and be loved."
- George Sand
"You come to love not by finding the perfect person, but by learning to see an imperfect person perfectly."
- Sam Keen
"The heart has its reasons that reason knows nothing of."
- Blaise Pascal
"Sometimes your nearness takes my breath away; and all the things I want to say can find no voice. Then, in silence, I can only hope my eyes will speak my heart."
- Robert Sexton
"You know you are in love when you can't fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams."
- Dr. Seuss
"True love is like ghosts, which everyone talks about and few have seen."
- La Rochefoucauld
"Love is like dying"
- Stephen King
"Love is composed of a single soul inhabiting two bodies."
- Aristotle
"Thou art to me a delicious torment."
- Ralph Waldo Emerson
"The more I give to thee, the more I have, for both are infinite."
- Shakespeare
"Quantum in te crescit amor, tantum crescit pulchritudo; quia ipsa charitas est animae pulchritudo.
Since love grows within you, so beauty grows. For love is the beauty of the soul."
- St. Aurelius Augustine

I've won a ticket to the movies!
Last week as I was planning stuff for a special someone, I came across a contest online. It was super easy, the contest was for a Swedish movie that recently was released and the question you had to answer was "In which country can you find the city Phuket?" Obviously we all know (or at least the Swedes do since it's destination numero uno for vacations) that it is in Thailand. And not Morocco or the Philippines (wohoo Philippines!!!). Anyways, only the first ten people could get a ticket and I assumed that they had already gotten ten e-mails with "THAILAND!!!" written all over it, but then I got something nice...
How awesome ain't this!? Unfortunately I only got one or else me and Helen could have gone and seen "En Gång i Phuket" all for free. I should have mentioned that I would have liked two tickets if possible. Next time! Or perhaps I should not push my luck?

How do I do it?
Right! Life has stopped giving me FML-moments and is actually turning towards the better. Unfortunately my studies aren't doing the same. I actually let time disappear like quicksand just by staring at this damn computer screen - and doing what? Nothing.
I stalk about on facebook, watch various TV shows, get stuck on youtube clips and watch almost every related video or new vlogs by cool and funny people. What is my life? And I'm supposed to be studying 100% here and earning my degree...
At least I got some stuff done at the library but not enough to catch up for my syntax class and that is one class I can't afford to be behind in. Unfortunately....
Things better change. Well, not them - me actually!
